Grab your cowboy boots and ten-gallon hat and join us on Sunday, June 25 th for our annual Rossmoor
Pickleball Club “Hoedown”. The BBQ will be held at the Dollar Picnic Grounds. Check-in starts at 4:30
with dinner served at 5:00. Our event is being catered by Back Forty and includes Slow-Smoked Sliced
Beef Brisket, Rotisserie BBQ Chicken (Vegetarian Option – Vegetarian Skewers), Green Salad, BBQ
Beans, Potato Salad, Rolls, Cookies and Bottled Water. Back Forty will provide all utensils. If you wish to
have another beverage, please bring it – BYOB!!! Western dress optional!

The music will start at 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM for all you dancers out there!

The total cost for all this delicious food and entertainment is $30 per person.

You must register in advance. You can download and print a hardcopy of the registration form HERE
and place it in the Pickleball mailbox at the Gateway Administration Office along with your $30 check
per person, or mail it to Hal Kushins at 5325 Terra Granada, Apt 1A, Walnut Creek, CA 94595. Make
checks payable to Rossmoor Pickleball Club. Registration must be received by June 19 th . NO REFUNDS
after that date. Open seating.
