The Pickleball Club defines levels of player ability based on the skill assessment below:

• Novice 

• Intermediate 

• Advanced Intermediate 

• Advanced

Rossmoor Pickleball Club will implement a new process for members seeking to advance to a higher skill level. To ensure fair and consistent progression, members will be asked to demonstrate competency in key skills for the next level.  

Individuals interested in moving up should take the following steps:  

1. Consult with a trainer to begin the process and receive guidance.  

2. Review the attached skills worksheet to assess whether you are qualified for the next level.  

3. Attend drilling sessions to practice and refine these skills.  

4. Participate in an evaluation during actual gameplay, conducted by members of the Training Committee.
